 All focus is on responsible nurturing of bichons in need.

2.  There are no salaries ... absolutely no administrative costs. 
 
3.  We are all volunteers dedicated to this mission of love for bichons in need.

4.  All funds are administered by a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation.
