| Two years ago, Charlie's
former owners bought him from a "breeder". When they saw this very scared,
filthy little fellow, they felt they were "rescuing" him. They were
convinced of it when the "breeder" told them as they went out the door,
that this would be the first time Charlie had ever touched grass.
Now Charlie's mom has to go back to work and couldn't bear leaving him for long hours to be lonely and scared once again so she sought out rescue. Charlie is a sweet but shy little snuggler who gets along well with other dogs. He's just 4 yrs old and 10 lbs of absolute cuteness!
Potential adopters must live within 100 miles of Norfolk, VA and must submit a written application (see below). We do not adopt to families with children under the age of 8. We do not ship dogs. Potential adopters must be home the majority of the day.
