Subject: Puppy Mill Update in London, KY

Ok kids we got updates... not what we wanted to hear though. Nora

Chesnutt was just charged with 11 counts of animal cruelty. Don't

get too excited she gets to keep every one of her animals. We were

at the county attorneys office at 8 am and he did not get there till

9am. We were the first in his office to see him. Unfortunately he

was contact with Nora Chesnut while we were there and told her we

had just presented our entire case against her. The search warrant

was not issued until 4pm which gave her 7hours to rid the mill of

the dead and dying animals that we personally viewed the night

before. They are allowing her to continue to operate her business

even though she has no kennel license proof of vaccinations or

identification of the animals.

They gave her until sometime tomorrow (no specific time) to rid their

water of tadpoles and slime. They told us that indeed the

conditions were unsanitary and that she had way too many dogs but

did not feel that it was necessary to arrest her at that time. Her

court date is July 17th at 8:30am in the Laurel County District

Court and until then she may continue to operate her mill as usual.

We want to thank each and everyone of you for the hard work, effort

and time you put into this and want you to know our fight to stop

these atrocious mills has just begun. There may only be 3 of us but

there are thousands of you and with our combined efforts they will

not prevail. Any one who has sent us donations please contact us

and we will make arrangements to get them back to you.

This is just a small baby step on the big ladder of justice. We

could not have got as far as we did without each and every one of

your contributions.

We have received thousands of emails within the past 4 days so if

you can cross post this we would greatly appreciate it.

Please stay in touch and God bless. Keep the babies in your prayers

and your chins up.
