Wheat-free
Liver brownies

Puree 1 pound liver

1 cup Flour
(suggested type:  rice flour, cornmeal, cooked grits OR
oat (just put oatmeal in blender to create oat flour).

1 cup oatmeal

Two eggs

3 cloves garlic  or 3 teaspoons garlic powder or garlic salt.

Lightly grease 9 x 13inch pan, spread mixture evenly,
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about an hour until firm. 
Cut into cubes, store in frig, or wrap in paper napkin and
store in freezer bag in freezer.

Will keep for several days at room temp. Not greasy, but they do smell loud.

 
 

Cooking tip for dogs: Use low-sodium broth in your recipes.
